Daily Schedule for 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training

Rishikesh Yoga Gurukulam offers 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training following the specific guidelines set by Yoga Alliance USA. We have designed a daily schedule for 200 hours YTT course to apply the course curriculum in the most effective way. We start the day early in the morning around 06:00 am hours with meditation and Yoga postures along with discourse on Indian philosophy, Bhagavad Gita or a lecture on Patanjali Yoga Sutras. Anatomy of Yoga, Chanting Mantra, Pranayama and Ayurveda are included in our daily schedule. There is an arrangement for video presentation illustrating Indian philosophy or a session of Satsang is conducted every alternate day with a spiritual master to answer your curiosity and clear your doubts.
